Mal Exchange
VNL Antipostal at the time of writing, works with three domain names, all of which are enabled for email: senseivita.com, vitanetworks.link, and antipostal.com.
- senseivita.com is for the most par a vanity domain. Occasionally it's used as a backup. It's hosted by a third party email hosting provider. - vitanetworks.link is our [directory/computer] domain's domain name (dot-something). This is where the domain user accounts are created with. - antipostal.com is our email domain. It uses the accounts from vitanetworks.link, but it slaps an easier to remember name after tha @ symbol. It's not different servers or different accounts, it's only DNS trickery.
Now for the most serious stuff, if you were directed to this page by an email footer, read below some of our policies.
Applying to all of our domains
All information is considered confidential. If exchanges are automatically CCOed to a legal department, or to-, or using another such construct in which confidentiality, secrecy, etc. could be asserted e.g. "attorney-client privilege", it must be immediately disclosed with all participants else it should be understood it was agreed for it to be waived and the message exchanges should not be admissible proof or for illustrative or characterization purposes.
Additionally, the use (analysis, parsing, etc) of these exchanges by algorithmic/AI processes and/or workflow for whatever the case, is strictly forbidden.
Applying to vitanetworks.link and antipostal.com
VNL Antipostal does not embed tracking technologies in messages sent. Both inbound and outbound email is passed through a security scanner. In inbound messages, if not plain text, images are stripped from the message, hyperlinks are replaced with non-actionable URLs. If a message embeds images or other resources that need to be fetch from a server, its chances of being flagged and thus rejected increase exponentially.
Self-service email notices are avoided whenever possible, only respond to these if you are familiar with the process or if an admin notified about some you would be receiving soon. Admins do not need to know your credential, if you've lost them, what they can do is resetting your account's password for a temporary one, which you will need to change on the first login. The easiest way is to log in on Antipostal's webmail client—Outlook on the Web, formerly "OWA" (https://antipostal.com/owa).
Attention: Antipostal.com's servers are very low volume emailers, thus they're often "cold". Additionally the webmail client is a web app that auto-caches itself in the browser for offline access if it not has been cached with enough recency. Please be patient if the site takes a long time to load.
Applying to senseivita.com
The email service for the domain name senseivita.com is not hosted by VNL Antipostal. It is hosting by the third party Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. While it has been tried to run as those hosted by VNL Antipostal, Zoho might ultimately be obligated, or wish to retain and disclose data without those running senseivita.com being aware of it. In any case, this should be treated as a fact. If possible, ask the other party if you can move communications to the primary email domain: antipostal.com.
